One-Eight-One Hotel & Serviced Residence presents our delightful and unique house-made Poon Choi crafted by our talented culinary team, “Luxury Seafood Abalone Poon Choi” is layered with 16 ingredients including Braised Premium Australian Abalone, South America Whole Sea Cucumber, Fish Maw, King Prawn, Braised Shiitake Mushroom in Oyster Sauce, Dried Oyster, Five Spice Beef Shank, Poached Three Yellow Chicken, Roasted Duck , House-made Iberico Pork Char Siu and more; while “Deluxe Vegan Poon Choi” is a healthier and lighter version completed with 6 assorted premium mushrooms and 12 assorted fresh vegetables such as Blazei Mushroom, Morel, Bamboo Pith,  Porcini, Local Pumpkin, Australian Green Asparagus, Peruvian White Asparagus, Spanish Purple and Orange Cauliflower and more.

One-Eight-One 酒店及服務式住宅呈獻自家製的冬至盆菜,『富貴鮑參花膠盆菜』選用十六種上乘食材熬製而成,包括原隻8頭澳洲鮑魚、原條南美海參、滋補花膠、豉油皇大蝦、蠔皇炆北菇、特級蠔豉、五香牛𦟌、白切三黃雞、明爐燒鴨、自家製黑毛豬叉燒等;『上珍菌全素盆菜』是另一健康佳餚之選,當中包括六種精選珍菌及十二款新鮮蔬菜,如姬松茸、羊肚菌、牛肝菌、竹笙、奶油南瓜、澳洲青露筍、秘魯白露筍、西班牙紫椰菜花及黃金椰菜花等。
