- Reheat Poon Choi immediately upon delivery, or keep it above 60 degrees Celsius
- All the ingredients for Poon Choi should be cooked thoroughly and the centre temperature of the food should reach 75 degrees Celsius.
- Consume Poon Choi immediately after thorough reheating.
- Finish reheated Poon Choi in one sitting to ensure food safety.
